Jay Freedman MVP. When you said you rechecked the boxes to show changes from each author, is this what you meant? And turning it off and on again means clicking All Reviewers twice? It sounds like something has gotten "stuck" in Word's treatment of that person's user name. In reply to Desiree Yau's post on February 13, Ah, yeah.
